Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (or the business you represent) and [Your Company Legal Name] ("YARM", "we", "us") governing your use of the YARM platform. By creating an account or using YARM, you agree to these Terms.

2. What YARM is

YARM is a platform that generates trackable links for NFC cards and QR codes, redirects the people who tap or scan them to your Google review page, connects to your Google Business Profile to sync your reviews, and provides analytics and AI-generated insights about those reviews.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must have the authority to connect the Google Business Profile you link to YARM -- either as its owner/manager or with permission from someone who is.
  • You won't use YARM to misrepresent review data, manipulate Google's review system, or solicit fake reviews. YARM only ever displays real, synced Google review data -- it never fabricates or edits review content.
  • You're responsible for how you use AI-suggested reply text -- it's a starting point, not something YARM posts to Google on your behalf.

4. Google Business Profile connection

Connecting Google is optional and can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard. You control which Google account and which business location YARM syncs with. Your use of the connected Google services is also subject to Google's own terms; YARM's access is limited to the scope you explicitly grant during the Google OAuth consent screen.

5. AI features

AI-generated sentiment, summaries, and suggested replies are produced by a third-party AI model based on your real review data. They are provided as a convenience and may be inaccurate or miss context a human would catch -- you're responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it, especially before replying publicly to a customer.

6. Plans and billing

YARM may offer free and paid plans with different limits (assets, sync frequency, AI usage, team members, and analytics history). If billing is enabled for your account, charges are described at signup or in-app before you're billed, and you can cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings; changes take effect per the terms shown at checkout.

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why, including for the customers who tap or scan your NFC cards and QR codes. You're responsible for complying with applicable law when placing YARM assets in your location (for example, any signage or disclosure your jurisdiction requires for customer data collection).

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep YARM available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll update the date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or abuse the Google Business Profile connection.

10. Disclaimers and liability

YARM is provided "as is." Review data comes from Google and reflects Google's own accuracy and availability; AI output is generated by a third-party model and provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, [Your Company Legal Name]'s liability arising from these Terms is limited as described in the full legal terms your counsel prepares for this section.
